Terms of Service

Effective: · Terms version: 2026-10-02

These terms govern your use of FORTFIGHT and its game servers. The service is operated by NullBin, through NullBin Games and NullBin Studios.

Play fairly and protect your account. Your account is for you. Use the game's provided controls and assistance settings, respect other players, and keep passwords and session identifiers private.

1. Your agreement

By accepting these terms when creating an account, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. The Privacy Policy describes how information is handled and is available before registration.

A shared NullBin Games account is also subject to the NullBin Games Terms of Service. These FORTFIGHT terms address the game, its progress and its online matches. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law continue to apply.

2. Who can create an account

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your country to use this service independently. If you are below that minimum, do not register or submit personal information. If local law requires it, an eligible minor must have a parent or guardian's permission to agree to these terms.

Registration does not provide a parental-consent flow for younger children. Do not falsely confirm that you meet the age requirement.

3. Your account and progress

Choose an appropriate username, keep your password confidential and do not access another person's account. Contact NullBin if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not buy, sell or trade accounts or share credentials to bypass a restriction.

You may play as a guest. Guest progress is associated with an identifier saved in your browser. If you lose that identifier before linking your progress to an account, we may be unable to restore it. Linking eligible guest progress to a NullBin account makes that FORTFIGHT profile available when you sign in on another device.

Signing out, clearing browser storage or deleting a local app shortcut does not automatically delete server records or your shared NullBin account. For access or deletion help, see Questions and support.

4. Fair play

You must not:

  • Use external aimbots, wallhacks, modified clients, input automation or exploits to gain an unfair advantage, falsify results, farm rewards or evade game limits.
  • Forge gameplay or account requests, claim ownership of cosmetics you have not earned, or attempt to manipulate damage, health, currency, XP or scores.
  • Flood requests, disrupt matches, bypass rate limits or obtain unauthorized access to accounts, services or data.
  • Harass, threaten or impersonate other people, use abusive player names, or publish another person's private information.
  • Evade suspensions, bans or other reasonable service restrictions.

The aim assistance, auto-fire, controller support and accessibility options provided by FORTFIGHT are allowed. Their availability does not permit external cheating software. Report suspected exploits privately to NullBin instead of using them against other players.

5. Enforcement and inactivity

The server validates important gameplay actions. Invalid or excessive requests may be rejected, and repeated violations may disconnect a session. NullBin may restrict, suspend or remove access for cheating, abuse, unauthorized access or other violations. Enforcement is not a promise that every cheat will be detected.

Inactive players may be warned and returned to the lobby so a match can continue. A bot may take over a vacated slot. Bot participation does not earn rewards for the inactive player's account. Use support if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.

6. F-Coins, progression and cosmetics

F-Coins are an in-game currency earned through gameplay, quests and rewards. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed for money. FORTFIGHT currently does not offer a real-money checkout.

Cosmetics change appearance and do not provide paid combat advantages. Unlocks grant access to use the item in the game; they do not transfer ownership of its artwork or intellectual property. The server determines valid rewards and item ownership. NullBin may correct errors, reverse exploit-derived rewards, and adjust balance or progression rules.

7. Game content

FORTFIGHT, its original game content, artwork, logos and code belong to NullBin or their respective licensors. You receive permission to use the provided game for personal enjoyment, subject to these terms. Do not distribute another person's proprietary assets or represent yourself as the game's operator.

You may share your own gameplay screenshots, clips and streams, provided you respect other people's rights and privacy and do not falsely claim an official partnership. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

8. Availability and changes

Online play depends on network connections and server availability. Maintenance, updates, outages, latency or browser/device limitations can interrupt play. NullBin may change game features, modes, maps, items or rewards, and may suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practical, and fresh agreement will be requested where required by law. If you cannot accept an update, stop using the service and contact support about your account.

9. Your legal rights

The game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free play or complete protection against unauthorized access.

To the extent permitted by law, NullBin is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses caused by an inability to use the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer protections or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Questions and support

For account help, privacy requests, bug reports or an enforcement review, contact the NullBin team through the NullBin Studios community and ask for a private support conversation. The same community link is listed on NullBin Studios. Never post passwords, session identifiers or sensitive personal information in a public channel.
